By accessing or using YogiBear ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms periodically — continued use constitutes acceptance.
YogiBear is an AI-powered business management platform that provides specialized AI assistants ("Your Team") for financial tracking, CRM management, marketing, compliance, research, and operations. Your data, conversations, and business intelligence are stored permanently across all tiers. You own your data — always.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You may not share your account credentials with others.
• One account per person. One business per account.
• You own all data you input into YogiBear — conversations, business data, brand assets.
• Your data is stored permanently and never expires, across all tiers.
• We will never sell your data to third parties.
• You can export or delete your data at any time (Settings → Export).
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Credits never expire.
• Pro subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Cancel anytime via Customer Portal.
• Credits are deducted AFTER actions complete — you always see the full result.
• All tiers include permanent memory — your team's knowledge is never deleted.
• YogiBear uses Google Gemini for AI processing. Your conversations are processed under Google's data processing terms.
• AI-generated content (images, emails, reports) is owned by you — not us.
• AI responses may contain errors. Always verify critical information independently.
• We do not use your data to train public AI models.
• Do not use the Service for illegal purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape or abuse the Service.
• Do not resell access to your YogiBear account.
YogiBear is provided "as is." We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI-generated content. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may export your data before termination.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-service notice. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance.
